Are your products hypoallergenic or latex-free?
Yes! All HAIR DEUX ties are 100% latex-free, plastic-free, and rubber-free. They’re safe for sensitive scalps and made to hold without pulling or breaking.

Are your products safe for all hair types?
Absolutely. HAIR DEUX ties are designed for all hair types—thick, fine, curly, straight, coily, and everything in between. If you have a specific question about fit or performance, we’re happy to help at hello@hairdeuxbycb.com.

Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
Yes, our hair ties are cruelty-free and made without any animal byproducts.

Do your products contain gluten?
Nope—no gluten here. Just high-performance, earth-friendly materials.

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page or during a promotional period. You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order is on its way.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns on hair ties.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at community@carminblack.com within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll make it right.

What if my HAIR DEUX order is a gift? Will the packing slip include prices?
Nope! We never include billing information in the package, so you're safe to send it as a gift. If you’d like us to include a note, email us right after placing your order.

Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly, but if you email hello@hairdeuxbycb.com within 2 hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships.

What if there’s a quality issue with my product?
We’re serious about quality. If something feels off, here’s what to do:

  1. Don’t throw it away!
  2. Take clear photos of the issue and the packaging (including lot or batch number if visible).
  3. Email us at community@carminblack.com with a brief note and your photos.

We’re happy to offer a refund or replacement for verified product issues. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
