Return Policy
For hygiene reasons, we utilize an exchange-only policy. Additionally, items may only be returned for exchange due to damages or breakage within 14 days of receipt. Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. All sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please email shipping@usehairdeux.com with order number for further information on how to process your exchange.
