Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next available business day.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with any relevant delivery details. Because we ship using low cost USPS airmail options to save you money, tracking information is not automatically provided for all shipments. This allows us to offer the lowest possible shipping rates while still delivering quickly and reliably.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most U.S. customers can expect delivery within 5 to 10 business days, international shipments may take 10 to 21 business days, depending on region and customs processing. These timeframes are estimates and may fluctuate based on carrier volume, destination, or customs review.

Shipping Responsibility

Hair Deux is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, local postal services, customs processing, weather, or incorrect address information submitted at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If you believe your package has been lost or delayed outside the estimated delivery window, please contact us through our Contact Us form. Our team will review the issue and communicate next steps by email in good faith.

Refunds or Replacements Related to Shipping

If your product arrives damaged due to transit, or if you were sent the wrong item or color, you may qualify for a refund or exchange under our Refund Policy. You must submit your request through the Contact Us form, cases are reviewed within 2 business days of submission, and resolutions are handled quickly, fairly, and respectfully.

International Orders

For international shipments, additional fees, duties, or taxes may be applied by your local government. These charges are outside of Hair Deux’s control and are the responsibility of the customer.
